1. Use of Website

  • Style City Online grants you a limited license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content, or attempt to reverse-engineer our website or software.
  • This license automatically terminates if you violate any restrictions.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

  • We strive to display product colors and images accurately using both studio and real customer photos.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting; this is not grounds for return.
  • Product availability is subject to change. If an item is unavailable, we may suggest an alternative of equal or higher value or cancel the order.

3. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched.
  • You may receive an order confirmation email upon submission, but the contract is finalized only upon dispatch.
  • All products remain the property of Style City Online until payment is fully received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or other valid reasons.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash / SadaPay
  • Credit/Debit Card

Refunds, if applicable, are processed via wallet or bank transfer after complete verification.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Deliveries are made through authentic, varying courier partners.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses; Style City Online is not liable for delays due to incorrect details.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. We attempt delivery at least twice.
  • Risk transfers to the customer once the delivery is completed.
  • International delivery is only available on demand. Additional duties or taxes may apply.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel orders before dispatch if a valid reason exists.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Only eligible returns or exchanges are accepted as per the Return & Refund Policy.
  • Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for return or exchange.
  • Clear evidence of defects, damage, or wrong items must be provided within 3 days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Style City Online is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by use of the website or purchased products.
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow limitation of liability; the above may not apply to all users.

  • Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for them.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • StyleCityOnline reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
  • Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

  • All sales and disputes are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
