Return & Refund Policy – StyleCityOnline

At Style City Online, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a claim.

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

• Exchanges or returns are allowed within 3 days of delivery.

• Original packaging, including tags and inlay cards, is required.

• Exchanges are allowed if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  • A wrong item is delivered.
  • Color shifts occur after shrinkage (one color shifting into another).

Style City Online covers exchange shipping costs ONLY if the item received is damaged or incorrect.

2. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

• If the customer wants to exchange due to personal preference (size, color preferences, shrinkage, etc.), the customer must send the product back using any courier service at their own cost.

Style City Online does NOT arrange pickup for customer-initiated exchanges.

3. General Fabric Care & Limitations

• Wash each piece separately to ensure proper shrinkage.

• Avoid drying in direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

• Use mild detergent and cold water for fabric longevity.

• Fabric does not come with a guarantee against linting (burr).

• Minor polish, weaving texture differences, or surface variations are NOT considered defects.

• Iron on low heat and handle with care.

4. Conditions to Claim Return/Exchange

• The product must be unused and in original packaging with all tags.

• Clear evidence (images or videos) must be provided within 3 days of delivery.

• If the package arrives opened or unsealed, inform us immediately.

• If all conditions are met, our team will process the exchange request.


“Change of mind” is not an acceptable reason for return or exchange. Only eligible claims, as listed.

5. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

• Accessories, fragrances, hand-carry boxes, and wooden boxes cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Any sale or discounted items can ONLY be exchanged if the wrong product is delivered.

6. Color & Display Disclaimer

• Due to differences in screens, lighting, and device displays, slight color variations may occur. Items cannot be exchanged for this reason.
