Delivery and Orders – Style City Online

1. Delivery Time – Pakistan

  • Average delivery time across major cities: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • Please ensure your contact number is active so our team can reach you.
  • Timely delivery depends on product availability and order confirmation.
  • During sales periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
  • Important: To avoid loss or damage, orders should be delivered to your personal address. Style City Online is not liable for orders delivered to self-pickup points, such as courier offices.

2. International Delivery

  • Available only on demand.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Once an international order is “in process,” cancellation or refund is not allowed.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges.
  • During sales periods, delivery may take longer than normal.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be issued via wallet or credit voucher.
  • Once an order is “in process,” it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Payment Verification

  • Some payments may require verification to avoid fraudulent or suspicious transactions. Our team may contact you via call or email for bank instructions.
  • Style City Online reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by the bank or authorized payment institution.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Flat rate Rs. 250 for deliveries within Pakistan.
  • International shipping charges vary by destination; calculated during checkout.
  • Taxes and duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility and collected at delivery.

6. Track Your Order

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
  • Orders can be tracked via the courier’s website.

  • Style City Online uses third-party logistics (3PL) providers and is not liable for delays caused by couriers.
